Your room has everything within reach.
Every room is a small flat of its own: a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, an induction hob and a microwave. Choose a single bed, a double bed, a version with air conditioning or a studio with its own washing machine and dishwasher.

The laundry room is downstairs. Washers and dryers are paid for only through the Airwallet app, so set it up before you head down with your basket.

For residents

Visitors must check in with security. Guests may stay in the building until 10 pm. Please remind your friends.
Going away? Let us know

Label your food
Shared fridge: always write your room number and the date on your food. Unlabelled or expired items are removed during the weekly clean. Fridge rules (PDF)
We sort our waste
Three bins: paper, metals and plastics, and mixed waste. Guest Wi‑Fi details are on the stickers in the building.

Before you call
Are there any rooms left for 2026/2027?
All 77 rooms are taken for the 2026/2027 academic year. Leave your details in the form and we'll put you on the waiting list. You can also ask about 2027/2028 now.
How long is the contract?
The contract is for 1 year. You sign it directly with the building manager, with no agents in between.
Can two of us share a room?
Yes. Premium, Comfort and Studio Premium rooms have a double bed, and the shared room has two single beds. For two people the rent stays the same and only the extra fee changes. Try the calculator in the price list.
What's in the room?
Every room has a private bathroom, a fridge, an induction hob and a microwave. Comfort and Studio Premium have air conditioning, and Studio Premium also has its own washing machine and dishwasher.
Where can I park?
There is an underground garage in the building. A parking space costs 350 zł a month. There is also a bike room.
How does the laundry work?
Washers and dryers are downstairs and you pay for them in the Airwallet app. Bring your own detergent. Downloadable guides are in the Laundry section.
